Pancakes:
2 cups pancake mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 T. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c. milk
Cinnamon Filling:
1 stick softened butter - almost melty
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. cinnamon
(mix all together and pour into a large pastry bag or ziplock bag with a small hole in the bottom.)
Cream Cheese Icing:
2 c. powdered sugar
2 ounces cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
4 T. milk
(mix until smooth and pour into a 2nd pastry bag or ziplock.)



Looks yummy, but how do you swirl the cinnamon and pancake together like that? :)
ReplyDeleteOops, sorry. You pour the pancake batter like normal. Then with the cinnamon mixture in the bag, you swirl it on top. Then flip and cook on the other side. We made these Sunday - really yummy!
