Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

So, I was "stumbling" and I found this recipe. I think I want to try it for Sunday morning breakfast. I thought I would post it in case anyone else would like to also.



Pancakes:
2 cups pancake mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 T. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c. milk

Cinnamon Filling:
1 stick softened butter - almost melty
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. cinnamon
(mix all together and pour into a large pastry bag or ziplock bag with a small hole in the bottom.)

Cream Cheese Icing:
2 c. powdered sugar
2 ounces cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
4 T. milk
(mix until smooth and pour into a 2nd pastry bag or ziplock.)

Ok, so this will probably take me off of the list of bloggers to post on this site for a while since the pdf file below titled "All Recipes" is just that - all my recipes. There are a little over 60 - and some are other family recipes as well. Just a note - unless you want to try it...be my guest...the talapia marinade at the end is disgusting - it wasn't mine and we tried it and - yuck! so, ignore that one.

Brine for Pork Chops

So, my favorite meal for a LONG time has been Shake'n Bake Pork Chops with corn and mashed potatoes! YUM! Well, Braden found this new recipes for pork chops and I was hesitant because of my love and commitment to my Shake'n Bake. He followed this recipe online and...lets just say my mouth is watering just thinking about our dinner. Instead of typing it all up, here it is!
