A lady in my ward made these for us and they were YUMMY! I think they are a pretty generic recipe but we didn't have it yet.
Peanut Butter Bars
3/4 c. softened butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. peanut butter
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
MIX and then add:
1/2 c flour
2 cups oatmeal
Pour into a large cookie sheet and cook 12-15 minute or until lightly brown at 350
Let cool completely. Frost with chocolate frosting:
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. unsweetened chocolate (beat chocolate into butter first)
4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
